Nuna MIXX Next is a multi-purpose stroller that does it all. It's easy to store, folds compactly, and glides smoothly on sidewalks, grass, and cobblestone. The light PIPA Urbn car seat is also available in part of a set for a complete travel solution. It's pricier than some of our other choices however, our product tester said it was worth the price because it's durable and can be able to withstand the roughest of outings.
For a lightweight stroller that can also handle some difficult terrain, opt for a three-wheeler. The Thule Shine was a past winner of this category. It's a bit more expensive than our other picks, but it feels solid and comes with plenty of features (car seat compatibility! dual cup holders!) that make it a worthwhile investment. It can also be folded down to fit into the overhead bins of airplanes, making it an excellent option for families who travel frequently.

She along with our product testing team test each stroller by running, pushing, folding and lifting them to test their performance, comfort and usability. They're all moms, as well, so they know how important a quality stroller is in everyday life as well as for family outings. The BOB Sport Utility
The BOB Sport Utility is the ideal stroller for parents who want to get off the beaten path and exercise. The jogging stroller has pneumatic knobby tires that are great for trail runs, and a hand brake that lets you manage the downhills. It also features a state-of the-art suspension system, a two-step folding design and a huge cargo basket. You can even use it with a car seat for your infant if you buy the right adapters.
The main flaw of this jogging stroller is its weight and fold dimensions. It weighs 25lbs and folds down to 17,850 cubic inches, which is about average for this category of strollers. The size of its footprint isn't ideal for narrow turns or trunk spaces, although it has a handle near the rear of the basket that can be pulled to fold it into an upright, compact position.
The stroller is easy to maneuver, despite its size. The front wheel features an locking mechanism that lets you switch it from normal to locked running mode, and the handlebar is adjustable in height to accommodate different heights of parents. pushchairsandprams.uk has a large seat that can recline to almost completely flat, and it also has a large, vinyl peek-a-boo window that's easy to open and close.
The Sport Utility also scored a 9/10 for its outstanding quality. It has a thick frame made of aluminum that has tight connections, smooth edges and no poor stitching. It also has adjustable dampers, which help with the smooth rolling performance.
The Sport Utility stroller, like the other BOBs we've reviewed includes adapters for car seats that are optional. This lets you use it with a variety of infant car seats. In our tests, it took us about 5:24 minutes to assemble this stroller from unpacking to being ready to go. It was simple enough to complete, however you'll require a Philips head screwdriver to complete the task. The manual included is easy to follow and well-organized, however it's recommended to keep one on hand in the case.
The Baby Trend Expedition
The design is crafted with style, safety features and convenience in mind, this jogger has an adult tray with two cup holders, a covered storage and a swing away tray for the child that includes two cup holders. The adjustable canopy, with its peek-aboo windows and a wide ergonomically-designed handle, offer comfort to both parents. The lockable front swivel wheel can be locked to jog, but unlocked to stroll. The large storage basket is able to hold essential travel necessities.
Consumer Reports' Strollers test program confirms that the Baby Trend Expedition Jogger is a good value for its price and scores higher than most of its rivals across a variety of categories. The 5-point harness, folding, unfolding and adjusting backrests, engaging wheel brakes, and infant car seat installation and removal (only compatible models) are all included. It's designed to have an easy one-handed recline which is deep enough for sleep. However the canopy cover that ratchets can be difficult to fix. It also takes nearly 8 minutes to put it up, and the instructions are confusing due to multiple languages and confusing illustrations.
The only drawback to this jogger is the absence of suspension. This means that the ride will be bumpier than other all-terrain strollers. This could make it uncomfortable for children who are younger, especially when their nap is set to begin. It does have air-filled tires but they don't have as much shock absorption like the rubber wheels that are found on higher-end strollers.
This is a great option for people who don't plan to run often but would like to walk over grass and gravel easily and without issues with curbs or other obstacles. It is also a great choice for families with limited space as it folds up into a compact size. It is lighter than many of the other joggers we've tested and can fit into places where larger strollers can't.
It's also easier to move and lift than the larger joggers we've tested. This is particularly crucial if you need to lift it into and out of the trunk of your vehicle regularly or if you're always traveling.

If you're looking to find the most effective jogger for any terrain, then take a look at the Nipper Sport V4. The latest version of Out 'n' Around's 3-wheeled stroller designed specifically for jogging, and comes with large 16'' pneumatic alloy tyres designed to take on even the toughest paths and tracks. The Nipper is light and compact making it easy to transport and fold.
This pushchair has a number of features that make it ideal for all kinds of terrain that include front suspension and a handlebar brake. It also has an adjustable recline seat with a an adjustable quilted seat liner along with a five-point safety harness and hinged bumper bar. It also works with travel systems, so you can use it with the Cybex Maxi-Cosi or BeSafe baby car seat.
Another excellent characteristic of this buggy is its huge front wheel, which helps ensure a smooth ride for your child. This is essential, especially when you are tackling difficult terrain. It allows the buggy to follow better tracks and glide easier over dips and bumps. Nipper Sport is easy to drive and has a single pedal brake. The handlebar has an ergonomic design and a single-pedal lock brake with adjustable steering. The buggy folds easily, thanks to the clear instructions and illustrations in the user guide.
The Nipper Sport is designed for children aged from 6 to months. It can also be used with a newborn due to the built-in insert. However, it isn't recommended for use with babies less than six months old because the harness of the seat isn't secure enough to secure them.
Another issue with this model is the absence of a storage bin underneath the seat. It does have a small shopping pouch on the back of the seat, but it won't be large enough for the size of a large bag for changing. It is extremely easy to unfold and close, using only two hands required to release the plastic catches that are on either side of the lower frame. The red handlebar is equipped with a secondary lock that can be retracted by using only one hand.
